Orphan Myth is a 501(c)3 organization composed of NGOs, child advocacy specialists, influencers, faith leaders, businesses, and individuals dedicated to helping every child belong in a safe, loving family. Orphan Myth seeks to dispel widely accepted myths about the orphan and foster care systems, educate others about best practice solutions, and empower everyone to be a voice for the 'orphan'.

Ultimately, Orphan Myth seeks to see every child in a loving family by keeping at-risk families together, reunifying unnecessarily separated families, and supporting family-based care (including local adoption when necessary) for kids who don't have a safe family to call their own.
